Comp-set benchmarks, pacing forecasts, deal-calculator outputs, and leakage estimates are modelled projections, not financial advice or guarantees of performance. Verify figures before making investment decisions.

Keep your credentials secure. Do not scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the service, or use it to violate the terms of any booking channel.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, STRATAGY is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
