Data we process

Reservation exports, property details, expense entries, and account information you enter or upload. CSV files imported into the dashboard are processed to compute your portfolio metrics.

How we use it

Solely to deliver the product: calculating KPIs, generating owner statements, benchmarking against comp sets, and supporting your account. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while your account is active. You can clear imported data at any time from the Data Import tool, or request full deletion by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Email privacy@istratagy.com and we will respond within 30 days.
